This subject is both fascinating and sometimes baffling. It will encourage the student to see the workings of God in the present, as well as in the future. A powerful picture of the “great and terrible day of the Lord,” using the vivid imagery of John’s dynamic writings.
Church Leaders and Administration
(1,2,3)
Students will recognize Jesus Christ as the greatest servant leader of all time. This course will teach the way to lead the church in the power of the Holy Spirit, not like the world system, but structured Biblically after the blueprint of the Kingdom of God.
Principles of Teaching (1,2,3)
This course is on the basic principles of Bible teaching. The course covers the “Laws of the Learner”, the Laws of the Teacher”, and “Teaching with Style”. It is designed to give an overview of the role the Holy Spirit plays in our teaching as well as various teaching techniques. This is a great course for all believers since we are all called to teach in one capacity or another.
Analysis of the Prophets (1,2,3)
This course reviews the historical background, lives and messages of the Biblical prophets, including a detailed look at the prophetic institution. A chronological setting of the history of Israel is established.
Christian Service Courses
Since we are all called to do the work of the ministry, these classes will emphasize the importance of walking with God daily to be an effective minister. They will reveal the many supportive ministries identified in Scripture and encourage servant-leadership.
Walking with God
This course will take students through their walk with God. Keep in mind that to walk with God is to walk in the newness of life in Christ and not in our old life before Christ.
Supportive Ministry
This course is designed to study the value of the supporting role ministries that are vital to every church. It covers the concept of team ministry, and how each ministry within the church supports the visions and goals of church leadership.
The Heart of a Servant
Students will learn what it means to serve God with your whole heart. This course studies the hearts and attitudes of God’s servants identified in Scripture.
